The Community Schools CIC is a non profit organisation with a focus on reinvesting surplus funds into the local community. Our tutors are highly experienced, fully qualified teachers with over 30 years of classroom experience. We offer personalised, empathetic support tailored to each student’s unique needs.

If your child is struggling with specific subjects, needs extra support to stay on track, or you simply want to enhance their learning experience, tutoring can be highly beneficial. Our initial consultation and assessment will help determine the best approach for your child.

All of our tutors are carefully chosen for their expertise and passion for teaching. They are fully qualified, DBS-checked teachers who align with our mission of supporting students to achieve their full potential.

Yes, we offer both in-person tutoring at our Learning Centres and online tutoring via the Pencil Spaces platform. You can choose the option that best suits your child’s needs and your family’s schedule.

We offer tutoring in core subjects such as Maths, English, and Science, as well as additional subjects like Modern Languages, History, Psychology, Computer Science, and Business Studies/Economics.

Our tutoring is structured in 10-week terms, allowing your child to commit to a manageable period of learning. At the end of each term, you have the option to continue for another term if desired.

We understand that every child is unique, and some may not fit the typical age parameters of school years. Please chat with us, and we’ll work to accommodate your child’s needs regardless of Key Stage age brackets.

Our tutors regularly assess your child’s progress and provide feedback. Written progress reports are available at the end of each five-week block, and can be arranged upon request.
