Six Weeks of School Holidays Can Set Students Back

Not all students are the same.

Some students return in September and pick up where they were at the end of the year. Others simply forget. They start slowly, get left behind and never catch up, losing confidence and heart along the way.

The Community Schools provide the foundation for a successful school year with their successful Summer School. Our Back to school programme takes place on the 28th, 29th, 30th and 31st August, and the 2nd, 3rd, 4th September at the Farmers Club, Bury St Edmunds.

There are sessions for Key Stage 2 (combined Maths and English); Pre-GCSE and GCSE (Maths and English); and A Level (consoliation of Year 12 topics before the start of Year 13 – in Maths, Further Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics).

With no more than four students to a group, each session runs 9.00 am to 12.00 noon.

KS2, pre GCSE and GCSE             A Level

1 sessions            £60                       £90

3 sessions            £160                     £240

5 sessions            £225                     £375

Each session is tailored to the individual student helping them to sharpen up their skills for the start of the school year. Particularly useful for helping those students starting A Levels in September to cope with the jump up from GCSE level.
